The patented cutting mechanism

This revolutionary, patented new development offers enormous advantages: The cutting module can be replaced quickly and easily, resulting in minimal production downtime. The cutting gap can be precisely adjusted when the module is removed, eliminating the need for complex, difficult-to-see, and risky adjustments of the cutting blades on complete shredders. The safe and precise adjustment of the cutting gap is performed outside the machine and independently of it. Removing and reinstalling the entire pipe shredder for periodic blade sharpening is unnecessary. The simple and time-saving replacement of the cutting module allows for rapid adaptation of the production system and the materials being processed. Furthermore, future innovations can be quickly and easily retrofitted into the existing machine at any time by simply replacing the cutting module, thus bringing it up to the latest technological standards.

Sharpening service

The patented design guarantees quick on-site replacement of the cutting module. The shredder does not need to be removed for this. This saves considerable labor and the associated costly production downtime.
